Jade is personal. A stone that looks one way on screen can feel entirely different in the hand — the colour, the weight, the way it catches light. We would rather you take the time to be sure than keep a piece that was never quite right. So every purchase comes with fourteen days to decide.

Our policy

Return any piece within fourteen days of receiving it, unworn and in its original condition, for a full refund or exchange.

How a return works

Write to us at studio@yuncuico.com with your order number, and we will send you return instructions within one working day. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back — it lets us watch for your parcel and insure its journey properly.

• The piece should be unworn, with its NGTC certificate, packaging, and everything that came with it.
• Use a tracked, insured service — the piece remains in your care until it reaches us.
• Return shipping is at your cost, unless the return is due to our error.

On arrival

Every piece we send out is documented before it leaves — photographed, measured, certified. When a return arrives, we check it gently against those records, as any atelier would with work of this kind. Once the inspection is complete, usually within five working days, your refund is made to the original payment method. Banks sometimes take a few days more to show it.

If something is wrong

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what we described, tell us within forty-eight hours of delivery — a photograph of the piece and its packaging is all we need. We will make it right at no cost to you: a full refund or a replacement, return shipping included.

A note on commissioned pieces

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces — carved or set to your specification — are the one exception. Because they are made for you alone and cannot simply return to the collection, these are final sale. We will always make this clear before any commission begins.

If anything about a piece troubles you, even past the fourteen days, write to us anyway. We would always rather hear from you than not.
