A piece of jade may travel a long way to reach you. We treat that journey with the same care we gave the stone itself — fully insured from our bench to your door, and handled by couriers we trust with pieces of real value. Shipping is complimentary, worldwide, on every order.

How we ship

In-stock pieces leave the studio within three working days of your order. Every parcel travels by DHL Express, signed-for and fully insured for its declared value. You receive a tracking number the moment it dispatches, and the parcel is discreet — nothing on the outside indicates what is within.

Customs & duties

We prepare all export documentation and clear customs on the China side. Import duties or taxes levied by your own country, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility — we will gladly advise on what to expect before you order.
