Jade is worn, not stored. It is held, handled, passed between generations — and over the years it shows. A clasp loosens, a cord frays, the polish softens where a thumb has rested a thousand times. None of this is damage. It is the life of the piece. And all of it, we will put right.

Free, for as long as you own it

Any piece we made carries lifetime restoration at no charge. There is no warranty card to keep, no time limit, no fine print. If we made it, we look after it — whether you bought it last year or inherit it decades from now.

• Ultrasonic cleaning and re-polishing
• Re-stringing of bead necklaces and bracelets with fresh silk
• Clasp, bail, and setting repair on mounted pieces
• Assessment and re-finishing of surface wear

How it works

Write to us first and we will tell you what the piece needs and how long it will take. Most work is completed within two to three weeks. Return shipping to our studio is yours to arrange; we cover the insured shipment back to you.

Pieces made elsewhere we are also glad to help with, assessed case by case — though for these a fair charge applies.
